This solution provides proactive Core Systems Monitoring, Critical Alert Escalation and Online System Status Reporting based on industry best practices.

With their SHM Solution, Delta has assembled an SHM Tool Kit leveraging products provided by the highly popular GFI Network Security suite.

The primary subscription plan is the SHM Premier, however, a second option is offered for those subscribers that may already have or may prefer to purchase the SHM Tool Kit.

 

SHM – Premier Plan – Recommended

This plan provides all our key Monitoring, Escalation and Online Reporting Services and includes the GFI products as part of the subscription fee, alleviating the upfront capital cost to purchase the SHM Tool Kit.

This subscription plan is the basis of the fully managed SHM Solution and an ideal solution for clients who wish to integrate the SHM solution to proactively manage their IT investment without the initial capital outlay.

Option two is offered as an alternative if a subscriber wishes to purchase or already has products associated to the SHM Tool Kit.
